Isaiah the Prophet (Yesha'yahu HaNavi הַנָבִיא יְשַׁעְיָהוּ)
Yesha (יְשַׁעְ) meaning Salvation or Save.
Yah (יָה) means God
‘oo’(וּ) means Ours
Isaiah (Yesha'yahu יְשַׁעְיָהוּ) means God is our salvation
In Sefer(book) Yesha'yahu, we are introduced to the person of Yeshua coming to the world
(Yesha'yahu 40:3–5 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ מ:ג-ה).
He will proclaim the good news(Yesha'yahu 61:1 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ סא:א).
Proclaimed also His death (Isaiah 52:13–53:12 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ נבּ:יג– נג:יבּ) and his return (Yesha'yahu 60:2–3 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ ס:בּ-ג).
This Sefer reveals the salvation plan for mankind, and so apt for a prophet named accordingly.
In Luke 4: 17-19 (לוּקָס יז-יט) Yeshua read in the Synagogue on Shabbat from the scroll of Yesha'yahu 61:1-2 (יְשַׁעְיָהוּ סא א-בּ).
We also see all His prophecies fulfilled in B’rith Chadasha (New testament)
Each prophet(Navi) had a role and a name and most of them were Kohanim(Priests), and this one(which one, who? If it's Isaiah, better to say his name) was special and foremost.....
